Located in the former boiler room of The Humphrey Building, Bathtub Gin & Co. is a multi-level cocktail bar tucked beneath one of Belltown’s most storied buildings. Designed by architect Warren Milner in 1923 and completed in 1928, The Humphrey is known for its intricate terra cotta ornamentation and stands as one of the largest pre-1930 apartment buildings still in the neighborhood. We’re proud to be part of its long history.

Behind the bar, everything starts with balance and intention. Our cocktail list is rooted in classic technique, with house drinks that lean thoughtful rather than flashy, built to let each ingredient speak for itself. Alongside familiar foundations, you'll find bartender-driven favorites, like Spiced Velvet & Jubilation, meant to be enjoyed at an easy pace. The bar list rounds things out with a carefully chosen selection of spirits across gin, whiskey, scotch, tequila, mezcal, rum, and vodka, inviting both comfort and curiosity in every pour.
Intimate, hidden bar with a solid menu of gin drinks. Staff is friendly and the drinks are good. Fun for a unique night out in an interesting, older building with a real decorative bathtub inside. Definitely feels like a taste of Old Seattle.
What an incredible spot. Great selection of spirits and the most whiskey educated bartender that I have ever met. She knew her stuff. Definitely a must stop when in Seattle.
Fantastic place. Drinks were great and they were all free poured which resulted in some pretty boozy drinks. It's super small and cozy and has a great atmosphere. Bartended was super awesome and I would definitely go again when I am in town.
